Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 6, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Registrant made appointments of new officers. Mr. Benjamin Leboe resigned as Corporate Secretary in connection with the concurrent appointment of Ms. Sonya Reiss (then acting corporate counsel of the Registrant) as Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary of the Registrant. Mr. Leboe remains the Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant. Also on December 6, 2007, Mr. Douglas Hirschman, Department Manager, Land, of the Registrant was appointed Vice President, Land.
