Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 19, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it had submitted applications to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for licenses and permits to construct and operate in-situ recovery uranium facilities on its Nichols Ranch and Hank projects located in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming.
