| Item 7.01. | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On March 1, 2010 the Registrant issued the attached news release entitled “Uranerz Provides Update on NI 43-101 Uranium Resources for PRB Properties” announcing that it has received an updated independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report for its South Doughstick Property in the Powder River Basis of Wyoming. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
