Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 15, 2014 the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a letter of authorization to the Registrant authorizing the Registrant to commence in-situ uranium recovery operations at its Nichols Ranch ISR (in-situ recovery) Project.
