(IMR:TSX-V) is pleased to announce that effective December 1, 2003 the TSX Venture Exchange accepted for filing documentation relating to: 1. a letter of intent dated March 6, 2003, as amended by an amending letter agreement dated Sept. 30, 2003, among IMA Exploration Inc., Inversiones Mineras Argentinas S.A (IMASA) and Amera Resources Corporation, whereby Amera was granted an option to acquire a 51-per-cent undivided interest in the group of mineral rights known as Mogote, located in the province of San Juan, Argentina (the Mogote project). To exercise the option, Amera must issue a total of 1.65 million common shares to the company and incur a total $1.25-million (U.S.) in exploration and development expenditures; and 2. a property purchase agreement dated March 6, 2003, among the company, IMASA and Amera, whereby Amera acquired a 100-per-cent interest in certain mineral exploration properties located in the province of Chubut, Argentina, consisting of three cateos known as Lago Pico, Loma Alta and Nueva Ruta. As consideration, Amera issued to the company 500,000 common shares. In the event that a decision is made to place any of these properties into commercial production, Amera will pay a $250,000 (U.S.) bonus to the company and grant to the company a 3-per-cent net smelter return.
