NEWS RELEASE - APRIL 12, 2007
UPDATE ON APPEAL PROCESS
IMA EXPLORATION INC. (IMR - TSX.V, AMEX - IMR) announces that the Company's
appeal of the July 14, 2006 Supreme Court of British Columbia judgment that
awarded the Navidad Project to Aquiline has completed three days of hearings on
April 12, 2007. The British Columbia Court of Appeal has reserved their judgment
on the appeal. At this time the outcome of their deliberations is unknown as is
the timing of their judgment.
