ALL MOTIONS PASSED AT IMA'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
IMA EXPLORATION INC. (IMR-AMEX , IMR-TSX.V) ("IMA" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday,
December 4, 2007. The Shareholders approved all motions put forth at the meeting
including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company's 2003 Stock Option Plan.
99% of the votes cast were in favour of election of the Directors. The Board
would like to thank the Shareholders for this vote of confidence. The members of
the 2007 - 2008 Board of Directors are:
