On March 10, 2015, Vulcan Materials Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company will redeem all of the approximately $219 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.40% Nates due 2017, and has mailed a notice of redemption for such notes . The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
