ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors Or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective December 8, 2004, Robert C. Buhrmaster was elected as a director
of Innovex, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Buhrmaster has also been appointed to the
Company's Audit Committee.
On December 8, 2004, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1, regarding Mr. Buhrmaster's election to the Company's Board of
Directors.
