On April 26, 2006, Acadia Realty Trust (the "Company") released a press release
announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31,
2006. A copy of this press release is attached to this report on Form 8-K as
Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information included in
this Item 2.02, including the information included in Exhibit 99.1 attached
