As previously reported on a Form 8-K filed on February 28, 2007, the Company, through Albee Development LLC, whose members are Acadia-P/A/T Albee LLC and CUIP Albee LLC, entered into an agreement for the purchase of the leasehold interest in The Gallery at Fulton Street and an adjacent parking garage in Brooklyn, New York. On June 13, 2007, Albee Development LLC acquired the leasehold interest for $115.0 million.
