Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

Beginning on December 23, 2008, Innovex, Inc. began mailing a letter to its shareholders, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, along with its annual report for fiscal year 2008 and proxy statement for its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  The letter to shareholders contains certain material non-public information regarding the Company’s business, fiscal year 2008 financial results and outlook for fiscal year 2009.
