Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 15, 2005, Aleris International, Inc. held a public dial-in and webcast conference call with analysts and investors to review its 2004 fourth quarter and fiscal 2004 results of operations.
Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of slides furnished at and posted on Aleris website in connection with the presentation.
