On August 10, 2017, F&M Bank Corp. is participating in the Boenning & Scattergood Community Bank Forum in Hershey, PA. The investor presentation, which includes information regarding the Company’s financial results, business strategies and trends is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
 
F&M Bank Corp. is the parent company of Farmers & Merchants Bank. F&M is the only publicly traded Financial Institution based in Rockingham County Virginia (Harrisonburg MSA).
