Item 8.01: Other Events
On May 17, 2006 the Company received notification from the Secretary of State of Texas that its Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized capital of the Company from 250 million to 1 billion common shares was approved as of May 8, 2006. The Amendment was approved at a special meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on March 31, 2006.
