As of December 31, 2016, the Company had 12,117,966 common shares issued and outstanding, compared to 11,650,296 as of March 31, 2016, an increase of 467,670. Based on the volume weighted average stock price of $0.294 for the 15 trading days prior to December 31, 2016, the Company’s market cap is $3,562,682.
