          On November 12, 2009, Paul Genova, the President, Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was elected to the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company.

          As previously disclosed on the Company’s Current Report on 8-K filed on November 16, 2009, Mr. Genova was also appointed to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective November 12, 2009.
