Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 17, 2009, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Gemma Renewable Power, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GRP”), was awarded a contract by Vantage Wind Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, for the design, engineering and construction of a 90 megawatt wind energy project in Kittitas County, Washington, including the installation of sixty (60) wind turbines (the “Vantage Project”). The owner has also provided GRP with a limited notice to proceed with the Vantage Project. The contract price for the Vantage Project is estimated at approximately $33 million with a planned completion date of early 2011.
