Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure.
		A press release issued by the Company on May 5, 2008, contained the following statement:
		“Overall, we expect a 5 to 10 percent increase in aggregates segment earnings.”
		The statement should read as follows:
		“Overall, we expect a 5 to 15 percent increase in aggregates segment earnings.”
