RadioShack
Corporation (the “Company”) today announces that Ms. Kim Warmbier, the Company's
Senior Vice President - Human Resources, has left the company to pursue other
interests. Ms. Warmbier’s duties will be temporarily assumed by various
members of the Company's senior management while the Company commences a search
for a replacement.
