On February 20, 2014, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $.04 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 14, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2014.
