VSE CORPORATION
VSE Corporation (the "Company") director David M. Osnos notified the Company on March 4, 2015 that he will retire from the VSE Board of Directors effective May 5, 2015. Mr. Osnos has served as a member of the Board since 1968 in various leadership roles.
