On June 24, 2015, Monika Ribar and Matthew Bousquette, two of Logitech’s independent directors, confirmed that they will not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2015 Annual General Meeting, when their current term ends. Previously, on December 18, 2014, the Company announced that Daniel Borel, Logitech co-founder, will not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, when his current term ends.
