            On March 16, 2017, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call summarizing the Company’s financial highlights and the most important financial metrics in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, followed by a “questions and answers” section. A copy of the conference call script is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
