Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
January 17,
2006, we announced that our year-end 2005 proved natural gas and oil reserves
totaled approximately 2.7 trillion cubic feet equivalent (Tcfe), which included
our pro-forma, proportionate share of proved reserves of Four Star Oil & Gas
Company which was estimated to be approximately 253 billion cubic feet
equivalent (Bcfe). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit
99.A.
On
January 18,
2006, we announced the completion of our corporate turnaround begun in December
2003 and presented our operational and financial plan for 2006 to
analysts. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.B.
