Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 14, 2015, Jeffrey S. Osman retired from the Board of Directors of The York Water Company (the "Company") pursuant to the Company's retirement policy. Mr. Osman became a Board member and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board in 2001. In addition, Mr. Osman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2003 – 2008, Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer from 1995 – 2002, and Controller from 1983 – 1995. Mr. Osman will be designated as a Director Emeritus.
