5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On May 26, 2007, Ed Danduran, the Company's Vice President & Controller since its inception in 1997, died unexpectedly of natural causes. On June 1, 2007, the Company's Board of Directors approved a death benefit to Mr. Danduran's estate of approximately $111,000, which will be paid ratably over the seven months ended December 31, 2007.
