ITEM 9. Blue Cross of California Rescinds Contract Termination
Blue Cross of California announced today that it has rescinded its notice of termination of its Comprehensive Contracting Hospital Agreement with Doctors Medical Center of Modesto, an acute care hospital operated by a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
