On August 11, 2004, InfraSource Services, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call relating to the Company’s results of operations for the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2004. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
