On November 11, 2005, our Board of Directors appointed Mr. R. Scott Ervin as acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ervin is our General Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors, and will act at the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board while the Company completes the process of selecting a full time Chief Financial Officer.
