Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On October 16, 2006, the Company filed with the Texas Secretary of State an amendment to Article 4 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation. The amendment, approved by shareholders on May 10, 2006, increases the authorized Common Shares of the Company from 85,000,000 to 145,000,000.
