In a press release dated November 21, 2006, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated announced the opening of its 118th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia on November 20, 2006.  The restaurant contains approximately 11,100 square feet and 300 seats.
