On or about August 21, 2009, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 18, 2009 in Hong Kong and a Proxy Statement with regard to that meeting.
