Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Accuray Incorporated (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on November 19, 2010. At the meeting:
1) Robert S. Weiss and Peter S. Fine were elected to serve as Class I directors of the Company until its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders; and
2) The appointment of Grant Thornton LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 was ratified.
