On July 11, 2011, Retractable Technologies, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99, announcing that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has issued its decision in the appeal of the verdict reached in district court in Retractable Technologies, Inc. and Thomas J. Shaw v. Becton, Dickinson and Company.
