On June 18 and 24, 2013, in accordance with Italian law, the requisite Italian Internal Dealing forms were filed with Borsa Italiana and CONSOB to disclose the transactions described below. On June 14, June 19 and June 20, 2013 Delfin S.à r.l acquired 300,936, 24,172 and 181,000 ordinary shares of the Company in market transactions on the Milan Stock Exchange’s Mercato Telematico Azionario at an average price per share of Euro 38.2103, Euro 39.7585 and Euro 39.1779, respectively.
