On May 7, 2008, Callon Petroleum Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 providing information regarding the company’s operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

As disclosed in a press release dated May 5, 2008 attached as Exhibit 99.2, Callon Petroleum Company announced that its conference call reporting first quarter 2008 results would be held on May 8, 2008 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
