A press release was issued on May 17, 2011 announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.065625 per share.  The dividend is payable July 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2011.  Attached is a copy of the press release labeled as  Exhibit 99(a).
