Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 27, 2007, the registrant filed a Current Report on Form 8-K discussing certain information regarding its loan portfolio, and attached a copy of a press release as Exhibit 99.1 to such Current Report. The press release contained a typographical error by providing that the registrant’s loan loss allowance at June 30, 2007 is “$1,169,000.” The registrant’s correct loan loss allowance at June 30, 2007 is $1,669,000. Registrant is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K/A to correct this typographical error. A copy of the corrected press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K/A and is incorporated herein by reference. Except for the correction of the typographical error referenced above, this Form 8-K/A does not update, modify or amend any disclosure set forth in the Form 8-K.
