Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officer.

 

On July 1, 2014, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors granted a bonus award to Eric S. Langan, our President and Chief Executive Officer, of 58,000 restricted shares of unvested common stock. All 58,000 shares will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date if he is still employed by us at that time.
