In order to correct an inadvertent omission, the Consent of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm, which is Exhibit 23.1 to the Annual Report on Form 10-K of NCI Building Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) for the fiscal year ended November 2, 2014, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 22, 2014, is being re-filed to include a reference to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-8 (File No. 333-193057). The re-filed consent is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 23.1.
