Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On August 3, 2017, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. issued a press release announcing a $0.20 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2017. The cash dividend is payable on September 29, 2017 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2017. As a result of a recent Securities and Exchange Commission rule change, the ex-dividend date will be September 14, 2017 (not September 13, 2017 as originally stated in the press release).
