On March 25, 2008, Ark Restaurants Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference. In the press release, the Company announced that its board of directors had authorized a new stock repurchase program to acquire up to 500,000 shares of common stock of the Company during the next two years.
