Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, December 22, 2005 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR, London: PCCD) reported today on Hutchison Whampoa Limited’s (HWL) announcement on the sale of 19.3% interest in Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited (HTIL) to Orascom Telecom.
