RISHON LEZION, Israel, April 28, 2008 (BUSINESSWIRE) B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:BOSC; TASE: BOSC) a leading provider of comprehensive Mobile and RFID solutions for the enterprise and of Supply Chain Solutions, announced that Mr. Gerard Limat has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Limat is a Certified Public Accountant. His career includes more than 40 years of business management experience with the Dassault Group ever since joining in 1968. He has served in a variety of executive positions with the Dassault Group including industrial activity with Dassault Falcon Jet Teterboro and Little Rock as well as with Dassault Aviation; Mr. Limat was engaged also in financial activity serving as board member of Generale Imobiliere Dassault and as board member of Cendres et Metaux.
Mr. Edouard Cukierman, Chairman of the Board of Directors commented: “We are excited to have Mr. Limat join the board of Directors. Mr. Limat brings with him vast managerial experience that will be a great addition to the board”.
