(1) | On August 3, 2007, the reporting person filed the original Form 4 which mistakenly reported an award of 1,000 shares of common stock on August 1, 2007 that did not in fact occur. The actual award granted to the reporting person on that date was an award of options to purchase 3,000 shares of common stock, as set forth in Table II of this amendment to the original Form 4. As of August 1, 2007, the reporting person beneficially owned no shares of common stock. |
