C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. announced on February 16, 2006, that its Board of Directors, on February 16, 2006, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents ($0.13) per share, payable on April 3, 2006, to shareholders of record on March 10, 2006.
