ITEM 9. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

STERIS Corporation today announced that it has signed a new five-year, $275 million unsecured credit agreement with a syndicate of eight commercial banks. The new credit agreement matures in March 2009 and replaces the Company’s existing three-year, $275 million unsecured credit agreement which was signed in March 2002 and set to mature in March 2005. Currently, there are no borrowings outstanding under the credit agreement.
