On August 24, 2007, Rambus issued a press release announcing that its Special Litigation Committee (the “SLC”) has concluded its review of claims relating to stock option practices that are asserted in derivative actions against a number of present and former officers and directors of the Company and that the SLC has entered into settlement agreements with certain former officers of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
