Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) has filed this Current Report on Form 8-K to report that, on August 21, 2008, Lawrence F. Probst III, Chairman of EAs Board of Directors, established a pre-arranged stock trading plan in accordance with the guidelines of Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and EAs policies regarding stock transactions by directors, executive officers and other employees. Under Mr. Probsts 10b5-1 plan, up to a total of 340,000 shares of EA common stock subject to a stock option granted to Mr. Probst on August 13, 1999 may be sold on his behalf. Sales under Mr. Probsts 10b5-1 plan may take place periodically between November 20, 2008 and December 26, 2008. Transactions under Mr. Probsts 10b5-1 plan will be disclosed publicly through appropriate filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
